• successfully make a white chocolate ganache that hold in hot weather (demonstration)
• cut, fill, stack layers of cake like a pro
• coat and scrap perfectly a round cake
• use a stencil with ganache (choose from a variety of designs)
• the best tools you need for your cake decorating journey

What’s Included:
– a baked from scratch cake decorated by yourself, presented on a board and packed in a cake box
– Sarah Valette Cake Artist ganache recipe

What to bring:
• A floral arrangements or cake topper or toy to decorate your cake.
• All materials & tools are provided to use in the cake studio.
• An apron if you prefer to wear one.
• A snack and drink if you like (Tea & coffee are provided).
• Please wear closed in shoes for the duration of this workshop.
