Gift vouchers from SarahValette.com are a thoughtful way to offer a creative experience. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing.
Validity & Use
• Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The recipient must book their class or collect/redeem their gift pack or online products within this period.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers can be used for:
• Private cake decorating classes
• Online recipes from SarahValette.com
• Cake decorating products from SarahValette.com
• A custom gift pack with cake decorating supplies, created in collaboration with the purchaser
Booking & Rescheduling (Private Classes)
• The recipient must contact Sarah Valette in advance to discuss availability and secure a booking.
• The date for the private class must be locked in within 1 year from purchase.
• A class can only be rescheduled once and only if notice is given at least 21 days before the booked date. Rescheduling requests made within 21 days of the class or additional rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.
Custom Gift Packs
• If the voucher includes a gift pack, the pack will be created in collaboration with the purchaser, not the recipient.
• Any images or screenshots provided of the products included in the pack are for reference only. The exact brand, color, or product may vary.
• Gift packs cannot be refunded once confirmed.
• Gift packs can be:
• Collected in person (by appointment)
• Given to the recipient during their booked class
• Shipped for an additional cost
