French afternoon tea – Baking & Tasting

The perfect winter treat
Join Sarah in this hands-on class to learn not one, but two classic French recipes!

Bake a delectable tart.
Using high-quality, buttery puff pastry, you’ll craft a tart that combines the rich flavors of pears, almonds, and chocolate.

Crêpes demonstration and tasting.
While your tart is baking, enjoy a live demonstration of crêpes making. You’ll have the chance to savor them warm, paired with French salted caramel and vanilla whipped cream.

Take home the experience
Leave with your freshly baked tart, a brand new 8″ tart pan, and all the recipes and tips you’ve picked up during the class.

Young Chefs welcome
Aspiring bakers aged 14 and up are encouraged to join in the fun!

What to bring:
• All materials & tools are provided to use in the cake studio.
• An apron if you prefer to wear one
• A snack and drink if you like (Tea & coffee are provided)
• Please wear closed in shoes for the duration of this workshop
