Morning class – 9:30am to 12pm:

Whale shark & watercolour cookies

Open to adults and kids 8+. (If you wish to book a 6 to 8yo kid, please book yourself too and come along)

Express your creativity by making a cute whale shark cookie as well as watercolour cookies.
I will teach you my easy technique to decorate them using fondant, and several painting techniques.
All the material will be supplied.
You will leave the class with a box of cookies decorated by yourself and my vanilla biscuit recipe!

Afternoon class – 1:30pm to 6pm:

Pastel love heart cookie cake

Open to adults and young chefs 12+ (If you wish to book a 8 to 12yo kid, please book yourself too and come along)

All my best tips and recipes to create a stunning cookie cake.
Work on a love heart shape during this class, but gain all the knowledge to create different styles and shapes (numbers, crown…) for your future masterpieces.

Learning outcome :
• make, roll, cut and bake a delicious biscuit dough (demo)
• make beautiful meringues by using nozzles and piping bag like a pro
• everything about all kind of icings, more piping training
• use food shimmers easily as well as chocolate molds and others caking items
• decorate your masterpiece beautifully with everything we have made together
• but also learn about different styles you could make, how to decorate safely with flowers, in chocolate style, numbers, adding fruits, different fillings…
