I will demonstrate all my best tips and tricks on how to layer a cake (cutting & filling), cover it with icing, piping, and all the little elements that makes it perfect : mini cupcakes, chocolates, mini ice cream cones…
I will share my knowledge, my favourite products & tools.
You will be able to try piping under my attention, one by one.
That’s not all! After the demonstration comes the degustation! Champagne & cake!
Eat a slice while I will be answering your baking questions or take it away along with the cupcake you’ve made!
